7) Clothes That Are Too Tight to Move In
There is a big difference between fitted and too tight. Clothing that pulls across the bust, digs into the waist, gaps at buttons, or restricts movement can make you feel self-conscious all day. It can also cheapen the look of otherwise nice pieces. A flattering fit should allow you to sit, walk, reach, and breathe comfortably. If your size has changed, do not treat it as a failure; treat it as information. Try different cuts, consider tailoring, and choose fabrics with elegant drape or slight stretch. Clothes should support your life, not punish your body.
